About Luxury Holidays
June 19th 2010 13:39
First of all, welcome to my blog and thanks for taking the time for visiting! I hope I can bring you useful information about luxury holidays.
My name is Diogo and I am about to finish grad school in Japan, having lived here for a bit over 3 years so far.
I love to travel! I am Brazilian, and I have lived in the US and Argentina before coming to Japan. The reason why I'm starting this blog is a bit random, actually. The other day I was walking down the street and I was handed a pamphlet from a travel agency containing information about all inclusive cruises.
Turns out these things are REALLY cool! Since then I have been researching and gathering information about stylish, expensive holidays all over the world. Doing that inspires me to reach my financial goals on my career, so I can enjoy what the world has to offer.
Meanwhile, I'll spend my spare money backpacking on the cheap!
Other than being a traveler, I like to read biographies, I'm interested in buddhism and meditation, listen to Brazilian and Latin music, watch some TV shows (Dexter, Californication, Two and a Half Men, American Idol...). I'm also a frustrated photographer -- the type of person who used to put the finger in front of the lens with analog cameras!
One final tip: if you are traveling, remember to buy travel insurance. Downunder Insurance is a good company with Aussie staff, so check them out!
