For the foodie traveller, not content with just eating in the restaurant, now you can go ‘shopping with the chef’ at London’s Pearl Restaurant.
Head Chef, Jun Tanaka will help you choose avocados or pick a lemon like an expert. He’ll guide you through some of London’s freshest markets, where the likes of Jamie Oliver and Gordon Ramsay shop as well.
Then guests will join Michael Davis to visit a prestigious wine merchant. Michael will show you how to select the perfect bottle to accompany the cooking theme of the day.
The course includes a shopping trip, a practical cooking demonstration using the chosen ingredients, followed by a food and wine tasting, as well as your own recipe cards. Talk about a memorable souvenir!
The four-hour sessions, which will be held on Saturday’s throughout 2006, are priced at £70 per person.

It's classical French food and if it's sister resturant Nobu has anything to go by - its devine!
